HRV Duct Cleaning
Hello Chris On September 14 Jordan (technician) came to 133 Canusa Drive to clean intake and exhaust as requested due to realtor advising that they needed to be cleaned. It was found that the screen on the intake was dirty only. We called the inspector for clarification at Ameri Spec Home inspection to clarify the matter. He confirmed that it was the screen that needed to be cleaned only. We are requesting confirmation that in fact it was the screen that needed to be cleaned in order to receive reimbursement of our cost from the realtor. The message given to us was incorrect by the realtor. I might add that we found Jordan very polite, courteous and honest individual. Thanks
